We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your skin care or massage appointment so that you can relax and your treatment can begin promptly. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next client. |

Cancellations and No-Shows |

To avoid charges for spa packages, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount. |
